Federation of Surgical Specialty Associations Comprises of ten Surgical Specialty Associations The Federation is the corporate body of the Surgical Specialty Associations, through which it represents and coordinates the views, aims and policies of surgeons from across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Federation works with all relevant authorities to advance the profession of surgery for the benefit of patients. The FSSA comprises the Presidents of the ten Surgical Specialty Associations recognised by the GMC.
